Mary Anne has been dancing since the age of two and a half. After years of extensive study, beginning with her lifetime hero's-

Mary Anne performed with such people as Mom's Mabley, Ted Mack-The Ted Mack Hour, Ed Sullivan's Testimonial Dinner -NY Hilton Hotel, Miss Dutchess County, NY, Shirley Cothran- Miss America and Mayor Ahmed of Poughkeepsie, NY. She's performed at such places as Central Park, Lake Compounce, Vanderbilt Mansion, Lincoln Center, Toronto, Canada- US Ballet Festival, Philadelphia and Dutchess County Fair Grounds- NY with Joey Chitwood car show to name a few. She performed at the ground breaking ceremony for the Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. She also appeared on WRGB Schenectady, NY television and Cable TV in NY. She's performed with Thad Weinlein; the choreographer for Stephen Spielberg's American Tail, Jeff Riedinger and Greg Wilson of "Dancing Waters with Liberace", and Mary Chris Wall from the children's TV show, Wishbone. Mary Anne has also worked with the cast of the Cosby Show as a judge at a modeling competition in Wappingers Falls, NY. She was a member of The Dance for Heart Foundation, Estelle and Alfonso's Performer's Club, E&A Voice Club, and TV class. She was also Ballet Mistress of the Mid Hudson Regional Ballet Company. She's won numerous medals as a gymnast in various competitions throughout NY state. She's performed and danced in many performances such as Annie Get Your Gun, Oliver, Fiddler On The Roof, The Sound Of Music. The Music Man. Mary Poppins, Hello Dolly and countless others. She choreographed "Jesus Christ Superstar" for the dance department of Dutchess Community College in NY. She taught dance at Steppin' Up Dance School NY and also taught fitness at Valley Fitness in NY. Estelle and Alfonso Dance Studio, The Jewish Community Center in NY, Vassar College, Poughkeepsie ALL SPORT and her own dance studio called Mary Anne's Dance & Fitness Studio. She studied Theater Dance in College. She choreographed and performed at Saint Leo College, Florida- Last Of The Red Hot Lovers. Her students have performed all over the USA. Mary Anne created SamBoSo Talent Management which enabled children to perform throughout NY and beyond, as well as try out for commercial appearances and game show spots. She also created Valley Drama Club, Starry Hope Productions, Pleasant Valley Performer's Club and Model World in which her models made numerous runway appearances. She taught Ballroom dance for many years helping couples with weddings, proms and special occasions. She taught Fitness at her original studio in NY with one of her students being Jonna Spilbor of Court TV. She was a Baton twirler and choreographed a performance which won a student of hers the title of Miss USA Majorette. She was a member of Glamour World; a modeling company and also went to the New York Academy of Theatrical Arts & The Actor's Studio of Newburyport in which she studied Acting. Her students performed yearly at Christmas and Spring recitals. Her instruction has included her 2 dance studios in New York; both offering: Baton, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Toe Pointe, Tap, Tiny Tot Tappers, Tiny Tumblers, Ballroom, Drama, Voice, Modeling. She taught Jazz at Saint Mary's Academy in Dover, NH. Mary Anne offers Ballerina Birthday Parties as well. She also co-owned "The Garlic Clove" in Millbrook, NY with her husband Michael. Some of her regulars were Mary Tyler Moore, Gordon Elliot and The Cast of The New World to name a few. Mary Anne has also volunteered at The Hackmatack Playhouse and the Ogunquit Playhouse. Her latest instruction has been Dance Fitness and JaZz Team at Tri City Christian Academy in NH. She substituted for an array of classes and will has shared her own created class called JaZz FuNk at Seacoast Fitness in Wells, Maine. Mary Anne is grateful to the fitness staff at the Living Well Center of York Hospital for believing in her and hiring her as part of their fitness staff. She cherishes the experience and takes away with her much knowledge to share for her future fitness endeavors. She taught Adult Jazz Exercise Classes at the Wells Rec center. She taught her self created class: BroadWEIGH Dance at the Senior Center in Ogunquit. As owner of Adagio Studios aka Mary Anne's Dance Studio (Her home based studio) she remains active in the community and continues to educate herself to bring to the table the utmost instruction to her students.

She recently performed at THE PLAYERS RING in Portsmouth, NH as BERTHE in Pippin. She can be seen this Christmas (2019) at THE PLAYERS RING as Mrs. Fezziwig and Old in A Christmas Carol. She also played on the Sanford Maine Stage as SAHARA in the production of LAST CHANCE INN, CALAMITY GULCH. She will soon be performing once again on the Sanford Maine stage as Scarlett O'Hara in a variety show called "America" as well as an up and coming Christmas production. She played the role as "The Woman" in ~Inside The Mind of a Survivor~, at York County Community College for their Domestic Violence & Abuse awareness month, along with the staff and members of Caring Unlimited.  

*At present Mary Anne is writing a screen play and is also taking her first shot at producing & directing her first Christmas production:  Seashells & Christmas Bells.
